Men’s Monthly Terms and Conditions
Membership Program – Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Men’s Hair Unit Membership Program (“Membership”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Payments

Membership payments are billed through Woocommerce/ Square, our secure third-party payment processor.

The upfront deposit of $1,025 CAD is due at the time of enrollment.

Monthly payments will begin on the following calendar month following enrollment.

All recurring payments are processed automatically the following calendar month.

Your card information is securely stored, encrypted, and managed by Woocommerce/ Square, not by our company.
2. Included Services

Each member is entitled to four (4) men’s hair units per calendar year.

Basic styling is included with each unit.
-
Members are required to created an appointment 48 hours before their intended installation (Unless communicated otherwise by a Hair and Wigs Team Member). Emergency appointments are subject to the Emergency fee posted on our Booking page.

Additional services — including coloring, perming, chemical services, repairs, or specialty customization — are not included in the membership price and will incur additional fees.
3. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your membership, you must notify us at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellations submitted less than 15 days before the next billing cycle may result in one final charge.

Hair & Wigs (the business) also reserves the right to cancel a membership with 15 days prior notice to the member.
4. Refunds

Refunds on the initial upfront deposit are permitted within 15 days of purchase.

If a refund is requested after 15 days, the member will be responsible for the cost of any units or services received during the membership.

Monthly payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.
5. Unit Quality & Eligibility

All Men’s Hair Units provided under the membership will be of equal or similar quality, including similar base construction and hair grade.

Members may receive a new unit every 90 days, beginning 90 days after receiving their previous unit.

Lost or damaged units are not covered by the membership program.

Replacement units are only issued if:

The member has an unused unit credit, and
-
The replacement is required due to a manufacturing issue.

If a member fails to collect a scheduled replacement unit, a unit credit is issued to their account.
6. Unit Credits

Unit credits may be used toward future units within the membership year.

All unit credits expire after 1 year from the membership start date.
-
Expired credits hold no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
7. Replacement & Exchange Policy
All units provided under the membership are subject to the same replacement and exchange policies listed on our website. These policies apply to manufacturing defects, workmanship concerns, and eligible adjustments.
8. Agreement
By enrolling in the membership, the customer acknowledges and agrees to:

Automatic recurring billing

The schedule and limitations of unit distribution

The refund and cancellation terms

The service and quality standards outlined above

Square’s management of card data
